Ingredients
- • 1/2 cup preferred cheese (recommended cheddar or provolone, feel free to mix other amounts)
- • 1lb ground beef (around 90% lean, some fat needed for flavor)
- • 1tbsp worcestershire sauce
- • 1tsp paprika or other seasoning
- • 1/4 tsp garlic salt or salt if desired
Process
- 1. Preheat grill or burner - medium heat preferred
- 2. Combine cheeses in a bowl if using multiple cheeses
- 3. Mix beef, Worcestershire, sauce and other seasonings in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand.
- 4. Shape patties into 8 thin patties
- 5. Place cheese mixture on top of 4 of the patties
- 6. Place the other 4 patties on top of the patties with the cheese mixture
- 7. Lightly seal the edges of the two patties together to form one patty with mixture in between
- 8. Grill patties for approximately 4minutes per side
- 9. Allow burgers to cool for approximately 5minutes before serving
