- 1. Slice up the challah loaf. Nice thick slices
- 2. Mix the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl
- 3. Mix in a dash of vanilla
- 4. Mix in a dash of cinnamon
- 5. Melt the butter in a frying pan
- 6. Soak your challah slices in the egg and milk mixture, turning to ensure full coverage. Avoid sogginess, do not over-soak
- 7. Put soaked challah slices into frying pan
- 8. Fry to nice golden-brown
