Process
- 1. Prepare celery and carrots by dicing them
- 2. Cut up chicken to desired size for soup (shredded chicken works best)
- 3. In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, warm 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 4. Add desired vegetables to broth
- 5. Cook vegetables until they soften (should take approximately 5minutes)
- 6. Add remaining broth and bring mixture to a boil for about 10minutes
- 7. Boil a pot of salt water with the egg noodles separately until the noodles are tender (should take 5-10minutes)
- 8. Drain noodles and place off to the side
- 9. Add chicken to original pot mixture and heat for about 2minutes
- 10. Add noodles into mixture and heat for 1-2minutes
- 11. Add salt and pepper as needed for taste
