WOD

Today was my second day of CrossFit.  Today was harder aerobically, or felt that way.  Instead of the 1 minute pace, we used a rower that had to do 500m, that’s how long we had on each station.  Generally this was a 2-3m per station deal.

We finished the first round in 20 minutes so had to do a second; I had to take a major break as I could severely dizzy and stopped before it turned into a case of the shakes, which would both suck and could lead to dropping a barbell or something painful.  I recovered and got back into it.

50 minutes including stretching, 401 calories.  Average heart rate 148 (yesterday average was 138), max 177 (yesterday max was 183).

I was less sore during the workout, all that circulation.  But I’m incredibly sore now.  I go again tomorrow night at 6:30.

Now to have some chicken and a shower, then get some work done!
